The Role

Recruitment requires dynamic, sales focused individuals who can balance new business generation, account management and a consultative approach to your client’s recruitment needs.

Recruitment is above all a people business. Stripped to the essentials, it is the practice of selling candidates to clients and clients to candidates. Seems fairly straight forward doesn't it?

The truth of course is slightly different. There are many qualities needed to become a successful recruitment consultant:

Energy

Intelligence

Drive

Confidence

Self Belief in yourself to succeed

It isn't easy, but when the potential rewards are so high you wouldn't expect it to be. And what rewards! Every one of our principal consultants, managers and directors (including the MD) started their careers as trainee recruitment consultants, doing exactly the same job as you'll be doing if you join us.

The Rewards

Excellent earning opportunities for the money motivated graduates, also team incentives to win company holidays for the team players, and the chance to get recognised quickly for doing a great job.

It's fast, exciting and great fun.

A work hard, play hard ethic may be a cliché, but that doesn't make it less true. The atmosphere here, both in and out of work, is electric. Your colleagues are also your friends, and socialising is seen as an important part of the lifestyle. We also run regular incentive schemes, and many of our consultants will be enjoying a monthly gourmet lunch at one of the country's top restaurants, spending a day out rallying or powerboat racing, or even savouring the delights of Las Vegas or New York on an all expenses paid weekend away.

Boring it isn't.

The Training

Our comprehensive training is aimed at and specially tailored for Graduates starting out in recruitment. Through extensive classroom training and role-plays you will learn how to win business and develop relationships with clients, provide an outstanding recruitment service and develop yourself into Top Performers in your field.
