What’s the job?
The main purpose of the role is to be the operational link between the client and the mechanism of delivery on the campaign. From the client’s point of view, you will be their key contact from the point of the initial briefing to the assessment and selection of their new candidates. The role will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of all campaigns and recruitment assignments; within agreed deadlines and to the required specification. The role will require the management of external resource to ensure delivery with an eye on continuous improvement.
You will need to have exceptional organisational skills as the job will require you to juggle a number of balls at any one time! You should also possess a keen eye for detail and be able to quickly assimilate information from a number of different sources both internally and externally, in order to deliver accurately on the client brief. Having a calm and unflappable nature and excellent interpersonal skills will also be a key to your success! Ideally you will come from an operational, recruitment or account management background and will be as confident with planning and budgeting as you with conversing with clients, candidates and colleagues. You will:-
Manage the operational process of campaign delivery from start to finish
- Work closely with sales team to accurately understand client requirements
- Attend client meetings to establish the brief, agree the process and timelines
- Create appropriate internal briefing documents & adverts to enable the campaign to go live
- Manage microsite creation when required
- Decide on the most appropriate advertising media for the campaign & manage client advertising budgets
- Track advertising effectiveness and manage relationships with advertising suppliers to ensure a continual awareness of the options & new innovations available to us
- Provide an accurate brief to the Resource Team to ensure the team can competently deliver on the campaign_Be the lead point of contact for the client for all operational & campaign progress updates
- Provide support for clients throughout the process through regular communication providing regular updates to the clients on the progress of their campaigns
- Manage post campaign review meeting with client
- Liaise with the Resource Team Leader/Manager to ensure campaigns are kept on track & appropriate action is taken to ensure the efficient & profitable delivery of a campaign or recruitment assignment
- Be actively involved with all aspects of running the Discovery Day process of assessment and selection
- Be the Discovery lead on client assessment & development centres
- Provide measurement & analysis on KPIs with campaign to ensure continuous improvement & performance measurement
- Contribute to the development & overall improvement to processes that enable the success of the company through the expert delivery & excellent customer service
- Where appropriate innovate to enable the company to scale the systems and processes that facilitate growth
- Develop & maintain key processes & disciplines to ensure required targets are achieved
- At all times be a positive influence to encourage best practice & high achievement within the team


The ideal person for this position will:-
- Be educated to degree level (2:2 or above)
- Have excellent numeracy & literacy skills
- Have experience of the recruitment profession or graduate recruitment.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Be highly organised
- Be proactive & hard working
