Graduate Production Support Analyst – IB and Corporate Markets

FDM is currently seeking a number of IT and numerical science graduates with the drive to work in IT and finance, to become Production Support Analysts.

Successful candidates will receive intense technical training (approximately 16 weeks in FDM’s headquarters in Brighton) in various technologies, including the partner’s unique trading platform.

They will then be employed by FDM as Production Support Analysts, responsible for representing the organisation on client sites, supporting financial trading platforms, predominantly within the investment-banking sector, for a minimum of two years. FDM’s Production Support Analysts will work on client sites nationally and may be offered the opportunity to work internationally.

Fast-track career progression is key and this programme will put candidates on a path to become experts in supporting the systems, software and platforms used heavily in the finance sector. Specialists in our partner’s trading platform have the potential to earn in excess of £1,000 per day following a few years experience.

Suitable applicants should have a minimum 2.1 in an IT or numerical science degree such as mathematics, engineering, physics and financial computing. Strong problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset and the ability to work under pressure is also essential. An interest in finance and IT is crucial and candidates must be flexible to work across the UK and be open to global opportunities. Applicants should also have exceptional communication skills and be fluent in English (written and verbal).
