About the Scheme
As an Operations Management Graduate, you will be part of an energetic and motivated team working towards a common goal, constantly improving our production volumes, and addressing quality issues whilst closely monitoring the financial implications of the decisions you take.
Your adventure begins with a four week track placement, where you will gain invaluable hands on experience working within the vibrant hub of the automotive industry. From there we will begin to develop you into one of our managers of the future. Whether you take on a long term project to implement a new manufacturing process, or assume the position of Production Supervisor ensuring the smooth production of top quality vehicles, one thing is guaranteed - an exciting and diverse start to your career with real responsibility from day one. Some level of French would be advantageous but is not essential, as would a degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Science or Technology.
