About the Function

About the Scheme

As a Graduate within the Human Resources division, you will undertake a number of different placements in order to provide you with a broad range of responsibilities and a sound knowledge of this dynamic function. As well as being fully involved in the day-to-day activities of the department, you will have the opportunity to further realise your potential through engaging in longer-term project work. At the end of your 12-18 month training period, you will be placed in a permanent role within the function, where you will be fully encouraged to put the skills and knowledge that you have acquired to the test!
Enthusiastic, motivated and with the drive to succeed, you will possess first class communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to analyse and resolve problems effectively, having the style and presence necessary to influence others at all levels. Most important, however, is a keen interest in pursuing a career within the highly challenging but equally rewarding field of Human Resource Management. A full EU driving licence is essential.
