The role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant will include a variety of tasks, therefore organisation, time management and prioritising are key to success. The training is on the job which gives you the opportunity to run your own desk from day one. Your key responsibilities will be to source quality candidates to meet client recruitment needs through a variety of means. You will also face the exciting challenge of managing and maintaining a relationship with existing clients and candidates whilst developing new business.
