Salary £20,000- £22,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

 

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated graduate to play a major role in a 40-week collaborative project between the University of Brighton and East Sussex County Council. 

The key objective of this project is to prepare a sustainable schools strategy for East Sussex County Council and identify methods of introducing best practice into schools in East Sussex.

This opportunity, as part of the Government’s shorter Knowledge Transfer Partnership (sKTP) scheme, will offer the successful candidate experience in working with local government, politicians and leading academics in the field, and developing their project management and strategy development skills.

 

Key attributes:  An Honours degree in an Educational Strategy related subject and good organisational skills are essential; the ability to analyse information and data and write reports would be desirable as would experience of drafting and developing documents.

 

The package:  Early responsibility for a high profile project with local government.
