We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated graduate to lead a 20-week collaborative project between the University of Brighton and Partnership for Growth Ltd, operating as Link Romania.
The key objective of this project is to increase income by devising and implementing a donor engagement and communication strategy focused on electronic communication channels, and to optimise the donor database to facilitate communication and fundraising processes.
This opportunity, as part of the Government’s shorter Knowledge Transfer Partnership (sKTP) scheme, will offer the successful candidate experience of developing charitable income streams through optimising donor engagement and utilising novel targeted communication channels. This will equip them well to develop a career in the charitable sector whilst at the same time enabling them to cultivate valuable skills applicable to a range of sectors where novel communication strategies and relevant emerging tools and techniques are applicable.
- 2:1 degree, or higher degree, in a Business Management, Marketing or IT related discipline.
- They will have knowledge of customer databases and will have experience of successful fundraising, ideally gained in the not-for profit sector.
Early responsibility for a high profile project with local charitable organisation.
