As part of a programme to support the growth and expansion of the business, they are looking for enthusiastic and determined individuals with a background in business and/ or sales to join our service department with a view to rapid progression into one of our key operational roles ultimately having full P&L responsibility of a regional branch. This is a new position within the organisation: a 12-month training programme has been designed to give a solid introduction to the business, with particular emphasis on sales so that the Service Associates are equipped to progress into a key sales role within 12 months of joining the business.

 

The successful candidate for this position will be matched with an experienced and successful Area Sales Consultant who will mentor them for the duration of the programme. Taking on project work and liaising with customers, responsibilities include: sales, providing analytical support for sales and field management and co-ordinating campaigns, proposals and promotions during the 12-month Service Associate programme.

 

Our client is looking for high-achieving, commercially minded candidates; ideally who have spent some time in the market place and have exceptional influential and communication skills. Results-orientated and customer focused, you will be an excellent team player, able to show a real dedication to your professional development within an organisation.

 

It is a requirement that candidates for this role will be able to complete training at one of our  client’s offices, and following the initial 12-month Service Associate programme, there will be progression into an Area Sales Consultant role, which could be located anywhere in the country. These positions are therefore offered with the provision that candidates must be mobile and be willing and able to relocate as and when required.

 

This is an ideal role for a motivated graduate with a passion for business and sales who is looking for a stepping stone to a successful career.

 

We also potentially have some Area Sales Consultant roles available nationwide for individuals with some sales experience.
