It’s likely that you haven’t heard of us, but it is also likely that you’ve eaten and enjoyed one of our products! Growing from a small family business that produced eggs for local stores, we have grown to become the leading supplier of fresh eggs to the major retailers. Each week we individually grade, pack and deliver over 72 million eggs for our customers. Some of our well known egg brands include: The Happy Egg Co. and Big & Fresh. But we don’t just stop at eggs! In 2010 we acquired two premium dessert based business – Greenwich based Didier’s Patisserie and Gü Puds.

This is an exciting time for us here at Noble Foods and we are looking to grow and bring in new talent into different areas of the business such as Operations, Finance and Technical.

We are looking for individuals to come in and learn all about our business from top to bottom by rotating around our different sites. Due to the nature of what we do, this is a very fast paced business and it is really important that our new recruits understand this. To begin with you will spend time in areas such as Agriculture, Operations and Supply Chain. Whilst completing these placements you will work on various projects to really help you understand the different areas well.

After your rotations you will then move into the Operations side of our business. You will need to be flexible to relocate and travel to our different sites around the UK as each site will follow slightly different operational processes.

This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to get stuck in from day one! Our dynamic operations teams are at the forefront of our business, without them there is nothing to sell. We are looking for future leaders, people who can influence and bring a team with them – sometimes in quite high pressure environments.
You will gain experience running a line and managing people to tight time-scales and quality requirements, the ability to problem solve and identify ways to improve a process will make you stand out from the crowd. You must hold a full EU driving licence.

Experience in the food industry is not necessary but an aptitude for leading people and problem solving is essential.

The ideal applicant for this role will be educated to degree level achieving a minimum of a 2.2 (or equivalent).
