We are continuing to develop our graduate talent and are looking to recruit another graduate into our operations function.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be exposed to the core of the business understanding our systems and processes and seeking to identify and implement improvements and efficiencies.
The successful graduate will join our business and work along side current specialists within logistics, production, planning and some commercial functions gaining hands on experience and working on projects.
The role will quickly involve line management responsibilities, but we will support you along the way.
We know that a successful career cannot be left to chance and so we will provide you with on going support internally and also externally as you will be enrolled on the Discovery Graduates OPEN Programme, an 18 month Graduate development programme delivered in the Lake District where you will work towards a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Development, Leadership and organisational change.
We appreciate you may have little exposure to our industry, but all we ask for is a desire to learn. a good degree (2:2 minimum), and a positive attitude.
The role will be demanding and fast paced and will require a graduate ready for a challenge.
