Using your exceptional organisational skills, you will be responsible for improving business systems in our busy office. This is a ‘hands on’ role suited to someone operationally orientated. You will also be enrolled onto Discovery’s Graduate Development Programme, which will provide you with a structured path to strategic opportunities and advancement with the company.

Reporting to Central Functions, this critical role supports all aspects of the business in addition to specific tasks, such as: -

• Administering all candidate data through the recruitment system.
• Administering required aptitude testing and behavioural profiling.
• Taking ownership for all client and internal assessment centre administration.
• Taking responsibility for advertising and administration of marketing projects.
• Managing social media streams across the group of companies.
• Considering opportunities for overall systems improvement, whilst adhering to priorities and key tasks.

The ideal person for this position will be educated to degree level (2:1 or above), have 300 UCAS points (three ‘B’s at A’ Level) plus GCSE Maths and English.

You will be an excellent planner and organiser, thrive on targets and be able to multi-task and set realistic deliverables. 
You must be articulate, numerate and have excellent communication skills.
