Job Description
Your task will be to
grow, develop and manage your customer account base within the UK market by
representing Avvio Ltd professionally and consistently. You’ll achieve this by
developing an in-depth understanding of your customer’s business, driving sales
and meeting defined sales and revenue targets. Building strong relationships,
managing your business portfolio and monitoring account performance across three
core lines of business will lead towards your progression within Avvio.
Avvio will support your commercial development and training through weekly
meetings at head office, in London and field based support. You will also have
regular travel to the global head office in Ireland once a month for a ‘business
catch up’ and training. Consistent professional development will give Avvio’s
graduates the platform to build strong commercial relationships and continuously
provide support and account management to their customers.
The Individual
Academically, we are looking for CCC
(or higher) at A-level and a 2:2 degree (or higher) from any discipline
completed within the last 3 years. You will have strong communication skills
both verbal and written.
12 months experience in sales or marketing is advantageous but not
essential.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will undergo an initial four week training programme
with the current Sales and Marketing Vice President. This will expose you to
client meetings, product demonstrations and the digital team to develop your
knowledge and skillset. You’ll be assisted with developing business leads,
arranging client meetings and general sales training to gain a good
understanding of the business and your client base.
Avvio Limited is committed to the training and development of a graduate into
this role. Alongside your internal training and mentoring, you’ll also be
enrolled onto the Discovery Graduates “Sales Winners” training course which will
help to accelerate your performance over your first 12 months and provide you
with a Level 3 qualification from the Institute of Sales and Marketing
Management.
