The role of a Medical Sales Representative is challenging, exciting and competitive. You receive first class training from blue chip organisations and there is a clear career path for those who wish to progress in to professional sales, marketing, training and management.

Activities of a medical sales representative will include presenting on a one to one or group basis to GP’s, Practice Staff, Hospital Doctors, Nurses and Pharmacists. 

Candidates should be self motivated, well organised, excellent communicators, able to demonstrate tenacity and a drive for results. CHASE has always considered graduates an asset to the pharmaceutical industry and works in partnership with the major blue chip pharmaceuticals organisations to provide them with high calibre Medical Sales Representatives. Candidates will either be employed directly by a pharmaceutical company, or will work on contract through CHASE.

Preferred degree disciplines: Life Science / Sports Science / Business and Marketing / Chemistry / Physiotherapy / Pharmacology.

Other degrees with be considered.

Predicted or achieved 2:2 and above

You need to have the right to work in the

UK Driving Licence is essential*

*Undergraduates who are about to take their driving test will also be considered

Pharmaceutical companies recognise the need for a high level of training in order to achieve the quality standard of representation required. Training usually lasts around eight weeks during which time you would be trained on industry knowledge, company vision, sales skills, anatomy and physiology, product and competitor knowledge as well as the ABPI and NHS.
