With footage from 1896 to the present day, we represent exclusively the collections of some of the world’s most prominent media organisations; for example Reuters Television, Channel 4, Film Four, Fox News, and Granada.
Our customers include TV programme makers, home video and DVD producers, new media organisations, advertisers, corporate video producers and educational content providers.
We currently have offices in London, Leeds, New York, LA, Tokyo, Johannesburg, Paris and Sydney.
Our recent success and sales growth has created an opportunity to expand in our London team.
Your role will include developing new business, account management of existing clients, and resurrecting previous clients.
To be considered for this role you must be an energetic and commercially minded person, with a strong ability to build relationships with clients.
You will have a strong background in the media business, as demonstrated by, for example: knowledge of the media industry, production experience, journalism, research, or by a passion for the media industry.
You will have an outgoing personality and excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Knowledge and passion about the media business is essential, in addition to a high degree of interest in the history and culture of the 20th century.
1 to 2 years experience in sales is required, the candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven ability to develop and sell with a positive attitude.
Knowledge of New Media business and/or TV Broadcast & Production would be advantageous.
Priority will be given to those candidates with experience of copyright and licensing issues.
