A vacancy is available for a graduate engineer to develop their skills in the area of Finite Element Analysis and Optimisation. As leaders in the application and development of optimisation software, we can provide an excellent opportunity for a high calibre graduate wanting to pursue a career in the Finite Element Engineering Sector.
As a young and developing company, the role will allow you to rapidly develop an excellent understanding of both the technical and business requirements of a consultancy environment.
Working for customers in the Automotive and Motorsport industries you will undertake engineering project activities as well as software benchmarking and training for new customers.
Suitable candidates will ideally have a 2:1 or higher level honours degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related subject) and will have had an introduction to Finite Element Analysis Methods. Experience or an introduction to industry standard codes such as NASTRAN, LS-DYNA, ABAQUS, ANSA, or I-DEAS will be of benefit. We are a young, expanding company you will need to be confident in working independently, although one-to-one training and continual guidance will be given on all aspects of work.
