Ref: VWRS30 Salary: 15-20k depending on experience Location: Cannock, West Midlands Job Title: Graduate Mechanical Engineer We are an engineering company that specializes in the manufacture of masking tools for a variety of coating processes, including conductive spray painting, profile cutting, manual prototyping and vacuum deposition. Our customer base includes large blue chip mass production clients such as Jaguar and Bentley as well as specialsed companies within the engineering field. Within your role you will be assisting in a variety of hands on projects where you will be utilising your design knowledge and engineering skills. This is very much a practical role; you will be producing CAD designs, working in steel fabrication, welding and standard tool making. You will also be a key part of the pre-production process; attending client meetings and working with the production team. Your responsibility will be to make sure deliveries are completed on time and the work is of the highest quality. You must be prepared to use your initiative, your organizational skills and enthusiasm to contribute to the expansion of the business. Requirements: We are seeking a graduate from an engineering or Material Science discipline who has knowledge/experience with CAD, as well as knowledge of polymer engineering and processes.
