We have permanent Graduate opportunities based at our Reading Plant for Materials Planners within our Customer Service and Logistics department.

Main Responsibilities

Using your strong numerical and analytical skills, you will be working to ensure raw materials are in place for the production lines to meet the customers’ required finished goods plan.  You will need to use your strong informational and communication abilities to make certain the relevant suppliers, departments, and personnel are aligned to the overall objective and to ensure a successful achievement of these results. 

At various stages of working in the role you will broaden your capability by initiating and undertaking projects that continually improve processes within the areas of:

  •          Customer Service
  •          New Products
  •          Capacity Management
  •          Vendor Management
  •          Inventory Management
  •          Information Systems
  •          Business Development

Knowledge of inventory management gained from within an FMCG organisation
