WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

An 18 month training programme in Finance will involve placements in each of the key Finance teams.

Starting with 3 months in branch, after which you will experience all aspects of this business focused and influential function spending time in Commercial Finance, Accounting and Control, Financial Planning and working with the team of Finance Business Partners.

Throughout the training programme you will be given responsibility for project work and become an integral part of the team. At the end of the programme you will take on a role within one of the operational finance teams.

THE PROGRAMME

Our Management Training programme is 18 months long and will provide you with real practical experience from day one. Through hands-on interactive placements, regular formal training sessions, working with our managers, and completing business projects, you’ll learn the foundations of our business and develop the skills to take you further in the organisation.

You’ll be an important member of our team right from the start and you’ll be encouraged to roll-up your sleeves, make decisions, use your initiative and put your newly acquired skills into real-time, real-life practise.
