The Go-Ahead Group plc is one of the UKÆs largest multi-model transport service providers, with operations in the bus, rail, parking and aviation support services sectors. Employing over 19,000 staff, Go-Ahead companies provide services for in excess of 600 million passengers each year. Within our bus division, areas served include Tyne and Wear, Oxford, London, Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Brighton and Hove and Wilts and Dorset. Our rail division is focused on the commuter market in the south-east, whilst our aviation and parking interests have a national coverage throughout the UK.
The Go-Ahead Group is currently looking for capable, ambitious graduates interested in taking up the challenge of operations management in todayÆs dynamic public transport sector. We are looking for graduates who have skills and qualities in the following competencies:

We have invested heavily in developing a contemporary 18-month graduate training programme in bus, rail and aviation support services management. Subjects covered in the programme include:
Marketing /Customer Services
Health & Safety
Training & Development
The course involves spending six months at each division of the group, providing graduates with first hand knowledge and experience of all levels of company operations.
During the 18-month programme, graduates will also begin a formal Certificate in Management Studies (CMS) course that will provide training in the wider aspects of management. Successful completion will lead to a Diploma in Management Studies (DMS) then, subject to management approval, a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
