What we are looking for:
We are looking for 7 talented and ambitious graduates to join our Graduate Management scheme. We want graduates who are passionate about food, keen to get stuck in a fast paced environment who are not afraid to voice their opinions and drive change within our business.
We require our graduates to have a minimum 2:ii degree in either Business, Economics, Maths, Engineering or the Sciences to come into opportunities within
- Production Management
- Engineering
- Sales and Marketing
- Purchasing
Our programme will start in October and comprising aspects of people management, financial planning, engineering, sales, marketing, purchasing and supply chain.

We will help you attain any additional qualifications that may help you get to where you need to be and we will offer training with Danish Crown in Denmark for up to 3 months to learn all about our products and processes.
