UPS is one of the world’s largest parcel delivery companies delivering over 13 million packages each day to over 200 countries and territories worldwide. In the UK, we’re also recognised as one of the most progressive innovators in the business. Ironically, that’s because we believe in continuity and a policy of promoting from within.

You see, we think it’s important that all our managers have an in-depth understanding of the way we work at all levels. That’s why we’re looking for graduates to join us behind the wheel, as delivery drivers, for approximately 6-12 months, before taking on roles in other areas of the business and – assuming you’re up to it – progressing into more senior roles.

Previous graduates have had the opportunity to experience a wide range of roles throughout the business, these include assignments as Marketing Executives, Training Officers, Recruitment Officers, Centre Supervisors and Centre Managers.

You should ideally have graduated with a UK recognised degree, minimum 2:2. In addition, you should be fit, enthusiastic and have a clean UK driving licence, held for a minimum 2 years. You’ll also need good planning and communication skills, a clear sense of customer service, plenty of initiative and flexibility with regard to location.

All applicants must be UK based.

If you’re looking for lively, varied and challenging work with exciting prospects, UPS can deliver.
