Graduate Logistics Project (6-8 month Contract)

We are a leading world-wide supplier of construction materials and are looking for a top logistics graduate to work on an exciting ground breaking project.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious logistics graduate to work with a world leading company. The successful candidate will be a key member of a new UK wide supply chain initiative.

Where do you come in?

The purpose of this role is to assist with the design and delivery of training for a new dispatch and supply chain software system. You will work closely with your team to successfully implement the new system nationwide. The role requires the ability to learn new information and convey this to others in an effective manner.  This will involve one to one and group training and will require UK wide travel and overnight stays. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious graduate looking to develop their career and gain experience in developing and implementing an innovative supply chain process.

What you need to demonstrate?

Candidates applying for this role must be confident, well presented and possess excellent communication skills. Keys Skills/Competencies required:

  • Ability to explain concepts and opinions
  • Articulate key points and issues
  • Confident with public speaking and presenting
  • Motivating others
  • Ability to organising a task and work with others
  • Driving a project forward to achieve results

The successful candidate will ideally hold a Logistics degree (2.2 or above) and have some relevant work experience. Experience in delivering training is desirable but not essential.  You must also hold a full UK driving license and be flexible to travel nationwide and overnight stays.
