At the heart of your training will be a high level of support and assistance from your assigned mentor and manager - who will allocate up to fifty days of their time for your training during your first year. This represents a massive - and probably unique - level of training investment. On-the-job training, with close, expert management and mentoring, will form the basis of your development. ò in-house seminars, specifically tailored for new graduates, covering every aspect of the company\'s operation ò detailed technical seminars covering specific projects and business areas ò training tasks designed to improve presentation and communication skills ò external courses and conferences on management development and technical subjects.
