The Company

HUF UK, part of the Hülsbeck and Fürst Group develop and produce mechanical and electrical locksets for the automotive industry.  In short, we design and manufacture systems that lock, unlock and start your cars.

To support our exciting growth plans we are looking for a high calibre graduates to join the business in many different roles.

The Role

This role will sit within the HR department where you will be looking at how to enhance and develop the HR systems that are in place and also provide support to members of the HR team.

We are looking for you to come in to review and assess our existing processes and systems to determine where improvements can be made.

From those improvements and requirements you will be involved in the development and implementation of a new system.

What we are looking for

It goes without saying that we want the best graduates.   Obviously it means different things to different people but what does the ‘best’ mean to us? 

Through your academic achievements you will have achieved a minimum of 2:2 degree classification in the discipline required for the role you are applying for; you will also have good ‘A’ Levels (A’s and B’s) and Maths and English at GCSE.

We are also looking for the following key attributes, which you will be able to demonstrate through your time at University and your commercial exposure to date.

You will have studied a HR or Business related degree.
