This role will quickly develop into man management and real responsibilities and opportunities to quickly progress, it is fast moving and often high pressure so you must be able to demonstrate these qualities from your education and career to date.. Candidates should be flexible on location as the job may rotate between sites. Once the initial training period is complete graduates will be expected to work on a rotating shift system for which a shift allowance will be paid. Candidates must have a minimum of 18 UCAS points, have achieved or be expecting a 2:1 or above in a food related or engineering, production or manufacturing degree (other degree disciplines considered with relevant work experience).
