As a graduate trainee, you will work alongside our experienced consultants from the start and will soon become extremely proficient in all aspects of this exciting role. Dealing with all assignments from inception to completion, responsibilities will include all aspects of new business development and account management, meeting with clients, candidate sourcing and interviewing, career advice, advertising and salary / contract negotiations.
