This Organisation has continued to evolve and whilst large scale laundry and workwear rental is still at the core of their business, they are also known for their high quality linen hire service. This is focused on providing towels, table linen and table wear to a huge hotel and leisure sector and fast growing events management industry. In particular, table wear is often used at sporting events, dinners, weddings, birthdays, conferences etc and is fast becoming one of their most lucrative services.
Over the last two years one of their Services has evolved from a brief to offer 5 Star linen rental to “boutique” styled hotels to a successful company with 30 customers. This side of the business was headed up by a graduate who was in your position two years ago. They are now looking for a professional, well driven Sales Person to join him and the team to continue its success.
They are looking for someone to hit the ground running and following two months of experiencing all sides of the business, you will spend valuable time within your Suppliers and Clients’ businesses which will give you a unique insight into how the company’s services can improve its approach, become more effective and develop even further.
The role is very much about understanding the brand. They pride themselves in their flat management structure and will always welcome your views and ideas as the brand evolves. The role will be based around identifying new business opportunities, nurturing those prospects and meeting/presenting to potential new clients.
As you become more confident within the sales role and gain more knowledge about the industry and product, you will start to generate more and more referrals from your client base. As you approach the closing stage of the sale you shall interact with the Service team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service and make the most of the relationships you have built.
