Where do you come in?

The Graduate Field Sales Engineer ensures new and existing clients are getting the most out of our software. You will travel to visit academic institutions across the UK and meet with key decision makers and senior staff. In the appointments you will be tasked with building a positive business relationship, identifying the customer’s needs, and identifying benefits that our product can offer them.

You will need to be highly technical because in every meeting you will be gaining a clearer understanding of your customers needs, their projects, and exploring their problems.

What you need to demonstrate?

We require applicants to have a Masters or PhD in Engineering/Physics/Life Sciences, a strong academic record (minimum 2.1 and BBB A-Level) and have used computational modelling software in their studies or work experience.

This role is perfect for a technical individual with the desire to work in a commercial position. It is essential that you are excellent at both analysing and presenting.

You must have a high level of technical knowledge, write correctly and fluently, build rapport, speak fluently and with credibility, be able to explain key benefits articulately, and be able to promote solutions and ideas.

You must have a full UK driving license and the flexibility to travel.
