THE ROLE
Joining us as a Graduate Engineer will give you a fantastic platform for growth and success. You’ll begin a 4 to 5 year journey towards becoming an experienced external Commercial Engineer, who is a trusted expert to between 100 and 200 customers in your territory.
Your formative years at Cembre will begin in the UK Head Office in the West Midlands. You’ll learn all about our products and clients and shadow the quality, manufacturing, R&D and external sales teams.
Your duties will be varied but will include:
- Providing office based support for our existing customers
- Supporting improvements in manufacturing processes
- Supporting quality processes
- Supporting new product research, development and testing
- Generating quotations and supporting the external sales team
- Problem solving
- Spotting opportunities for growth and new products

REQUIREMENTS
You will be educated to a degree level (or have equivalent knowledge) in a technical discipline (such as Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering).
We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate achievement, therefore you will have achieved (or be on track for) a minimum of a 2.2 and you’ll have a good academic track record.
Due to the nature of the role and the location of the office it’s important that you have a Full UK Driving Licence.
The role will involve working with and demonstrating our products and equipment so you must be comfortable working in hands-on manufacturing and industrial environments.

THE PROCESS
