Hayward Tyler are currently recruiting for driven and ambitious engineering graduates to join our team. As part of our engineering management scheme you will take part in a variety of projects aimed at providing you with an in depth understanding of our business, as well as structured training which will give you the tools to progress quickly through our business and become chartered.

We are looking for Mechanical Engineers and Manufacturing Engineers to join our programme.

As part of the role you will contribute to customer product specifications and ensure that the proposed design meets customer requirements. You will contribute proactively in the resolution of any engineering issues associated with customer specification, supplier or manufacturing.

You will be able to develop proactive problem resolutions and promote new engineering processes and principles.

This role will enable you to take on real responsibility and make a real difference to our business. We want our graduates to get their hands dirty, with projects that will see you take them right from the planning stages through to completion of our large scale production operations on our factory floor, not from behind a desk! We value our graduates, and expect them to be challenging and innovative, and drive our business and processes forward.

In return for all your hard work, we will support you through to chartership, as well as taking you through our management training programme delivered by Discovery Graduates and accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management.

We value attitude and desire over work experience.

Exposure to FEA, CAD and rota dynamics at university would be beneficial.
If you can demonstrate success and commitment through academic achievement, problem solving through your involvement in extracurricular activities and a strong team work ethos we want to hear from you.
