What we are looking for
Hayward Tyler are currently recruiting for driven and ambitious engineering graduates to join our team. As part of our engineering management scheme you will take part in a variety of projects aimed at providing you with an in depth understanding of our business, as well as structured training which will give you the tools to progress quickly through our business and become chartered. We are looking for Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and Manufacturing Engineers to join our programme.
This role will enable you to take on real responsibility and make a real difference to our business. We want our graduates to get their hands dirty, with projects that will see you take them right from the planning stages through to completion of our large scale production operations on our factory floor, not from behind a desk!
What do you need?
We are looking for Graduates Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and Manufacturing Engineers with a minimum of a 2:2.
We value attitude and desire over work experience. However, exposure to FEA, CAD and rota dynamics at university would be beneficial.
If you can demonstrate success and commitment through academic achievement, problem solving through your involvement in extracurricular activities and a strong team work ethos we want to hear from you.
Interviews will be conducted in July for a final assessment centre in August.
