Tulip are one of Europe’s largest manufacturers and processors of quality meat products, As part of the wider Tulip group, we are the sole supplier of premium pork and bacon products for Waitrose, the UK’s leading premium food retailer.
So where do you come in?
You would come in as a Graduate Continuous Improvement Engineer, to promote and facilitate a culture of continuous improvement and lean thinking in all areas of the business within the division so that it becomes a part of every day thinking.
You will pass on your knowledge through workshops and coaching sessions to all levels of Personnel from factory floor staff to senior managers to improve efficiencies, performance targets, results and overall profitability.

What you need to demonstrate?
You will need to demonstrate a genuine interest in Continuous Improvement, a willingness to learn, be numerate and analytical with a degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or related degree, excellent interpersonal skills, display leadership potential, be very organised, able to give presentations, be thorough and resilient, honest, be willing to get your hands dirty and the kind of person that uses their own initiative and can admit when they’ve made a mistake and learn from it.
