Job purpose

Provide consultancy services to m-hance customers and support to m-hance consultants

Specific duties and responsibilities

Supporting consultants and customers at all levels, this role forms an integral part of the company?s service offering and future development

· Install Microsoft Dynamics software

· Set up Microsoft Dynamics applications to user specifications

· Train users to use the applications

· Date cleansing for integration to Microsoft Dynamics applications -

· Customers report writing using various reporting tools -

· Supporting other consultants on customer site to help with the above tasks

· Further duties as commensurate with the nature of the role

Knowledge, skills and experience required

· Good general standard of education. Degree in IT/Maths/Business Studies/English/History

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

· Ability to work individually or as part of a team

· Approachable

· Organisational skills and the ability to plan ahead and manage time effectively

· Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and adapt and deliver in a fast paces and complex environment

· Advanced computer skills and experience in databases/systems

· Ideally a basic level of business/accounting knowledge

· Basic understanding of IT and Business

· Must have a logical mind set and the ability to trouble shoot complex issues


· Ability to use software tools such as Microsoft Office at an expert level, in particular Excel and Word

· Must have a full UK Driving Licence

· To be able to work flexible hours when required, willing to travel around the UK

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work towards an accreditation with the Institute of leadership and management, whilst developing essential business skills such as leadership, problem solving, communicating and influencing in a dynamic learning environment.
