Due to ongoing growth in our business we are looking for a dynamic and sales focused Graduate to join our Graduate Programme for 2005. Our well established Graduate Programme comprises Secondments into all areas of our business. Two weeks management skills training including self development and outdoor based learning Mentoring by previous year's Graduate Management Trainee Team projects and presentations Your first year's development is based on the following competencies: Job Knowledge Communication Leadership Team Working Problem Solving Self Confidence and Personal Drive Once the secondments have been completed you will be placed in a role where you are immediately contributing to the business, giving you early responsibility in your chosen career. In this instance we are recruiting for a Sales and Marketing division. You will work closely with our Retail, Foodservice and Fast Food customers to ensure that their needs are met. It's a hectic schedule but very worthwhile when you see our products on supermarket shelves or at foodservice outlets. Working closely as part of a close knit team, you will have the opportunity to network with colleagues across our business.
