Job Description
Rotating through the business for the
first 6-12 months, you will be exposed to a number of key areas within the
business, most notably estimation where you will begin your career in this role
for the first 6 – 9 months. You will progress into a commercial role, within the
UK market, once you have an in-depth understanding of the business, their
processes and product range.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your task will be to
obtain, develop, grow and manage commercial accounts by representing Aurora
Graphics and Displays Limited professionally and consistently. You’ll do this by
developing a consultative approach where you will generate an in-depth
understanding of your clients' business. You will seek to build relationships
with new & potential customers, manage and support existing clients and
follow up on any internal enquiries.
The Individual
Academically, we are looking for CCC
(or higher) at A-level and educated to degree level from any discipline
completed within the last 3 years. You will have strong communication skills
both verbal and written. It would be advantageous, but not essential if you have
experience in the working world outside of University.

Salary and Benefits

Training
Aurora is committed to the training and
development of a graduate into this role. Alongside your internal training and
mentoring, you’ll also be enrolled onto the Discovery Graduates “Sales Winners”
training course which will help to accelerate your performance over your first
12 months and provide you with a Level 3 qualification from the Institute of
Sales and Marketing Management.
