Established twelve years ago, our Client is a small but highly successful company providing professional IT solutions to organisations, regardless of size or industry, which recognise the need to manage employees for competitive advantage. During these years the Company has provided HR software solutions to over 200 organisations of all types ranging in size from 100 employees to 10,000 employees.
Each of the 3 founders of the company have brought a wealth of experience to the business and have so far developed, sold and supported systems for well over 2,000 organisations in the UK including British Rail, The Department of Education and the Royal Marines.
Until now the Company has relied on making sales through referral and marketing via mailshots. These are then followed up with extensive telephone calls in order to gain appointments and ascertain the nature of the clients’ needs.
The Company has recently bought a huge amount of data and requires Field Sales Consultants to address the growing need for a more proactive sales approach. As a Field Sales Consultant your role will involve both account management, lead generation, new business development, research, making appointments, and as you develop, presenting to and meeting with your clients all over the UK.
In addition you will also benefit from the award winning meta – morphose sales training programme. You will be assigned your own independent coaching and support manager who will play a key part in your success as well as receiving the best support possible from your company. You will also receive a well known and recognised ISMM certificate upon successful completion of your first year.
To be successful as a Field Sales Consultant you will need to be a proactive individual with the ability to work on your own initiative and seize the opportunity to independently grow the Company’s market share. You will be an excellent communicator, and mature in your outlook and have a high level of credibility that will be required when selling at board level in corporate organisations.
