This role offers an exciting opportunity for a graduate to deal directly with some of the captains of industry, promoting our niche solutions that improve performance and productivity through change management, development of management operating systems and process re-engineering. We are in an exciting period of development in our business and are looking at grooming business leaders of the future.
What do we do?
We are an extremely successful niche consultancy with a proven track record; we have never failed to achieve less than a 20% operational and financial improvement on the projects we undertake and we typically achieve a return on investment of 3:1.
So where do you come in?
You would come in, finding a way in to the leaders of business, promoting our services and the benefits that this can bring and arrange for our consultants to meet with these business leaders. Once you have developed within the role, you can expect to be part of these meetings as well as getting involved with projects and analysis.

What you need to demonstrate?
You will need to demonstrate a desire to succeed, drive, motivation, be a self starter, able to communicate effectively and confidently with high level individuals, have a professional manner combined with a commercial awareness, resilience and the ability to handle rejection and the ability to eventually spend long periods working away from home on projects.
