What we are looking for
We are looking for a Graduate with excellent analytical
skills to join our team as a Graduate Assistant Buyer. It is important that you
fit into our company’s culture by being highly personable and confident. You
will be expected to accept responsibilities within the business and work to
targets and deadlines set. We believe in teamwork, efficiency and a commitment
to excellence.
You will need to be able to approach a variety of sources
and contacts for materials, equipment, and logistics. Managing projects ranging
from Heavy Electrical Apparatus; Industrial Equipment; Thermal, Hydroelectric,
Nuclear Power; Generators; Motors; and Power Station projects.
We are committed to people. To be considered for this
position you must be logical and analytical, confident and with good
communication skills. You must be able to negotiate and communicate
professionally to a variety of suppliers and contacts. We are looking for someone with a minimum of
a 2:2 degree.
There will be monthly international travel to meet
suppliers.
