This role will give you the opportunity to work with many of the leading research and development organizations in the UK. You will be expected to perform the technical aspects of both sales and applications support to a wide variety of customers, both commercial and academic, across a broad range of scientific disciplines.

Our products help scientists and engineers to model complex physical phenomenon in almost any application including electromagnetics, fluid flow, heat transfer and chemical reactions.
So where do you come in?
The Application Scientist/Engineer will liaise with prospective customers in order to understand their requirements and to develop the best solution. This requires the individual to work with some of the leading R&D centres in the UK, to develop a good working relationship with their people, to be capable of fully appreciating the customer’s technology and then to provide a solution. The individual will also be expected to run training courses, workshops and to present at conferences.

What you need to demonstrate?
The successful candidate will have a good masters or PhD degree in a scientific subject such as engineering physics or chemical engineering and mathematical modelling knowledge.
