German-Speaking Client Issues Analyst

Our Help Desk team is a vital part of Rolfe & Nolan and forms part of the Client Services Division.


You will be liaising with our German-speaking client base and working through their questions and problems effectively and efficiently. The role involves analysing, researching, managing and resolving queries received from the client and liaising with users of our systems to remedy their business and operational problems.

Full training on Rolfe & Nolan’s systems and business training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Provide the most appropriate customer focused Client Services response practices for our customer base.
  • Analysing, researching, managing and resolving queries received from customers.
  • Liaising with users of our systems to remedy business or operational problems.
  • Prompt recording of new issues, clear notification to clients of resolution information and up-to-minute maintenance of registrations of issues as open, resolved and closed.
  • Identifying where the assistance of our technical (hardware and software) specialists is needed.
  • Acting as liaison between our customers and our internal support departments.
  • Encourage good communications and working relationships within your own and across other teams and with customers to build an awareness of the work of the team.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent German language skills - you MUST be fluent in German
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to cope under pressure
  • A sense of humour
  • Educated to degree level with experience within a client service environment / dealing with customers
