The company has undergone huge growth in recent times leading to their recent floatation on the stock market giving a massive cash injection to facilitate further growth. Within the finance division you will embark on the 3 months training programme in which you will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates whilst developing your skill set and market knowledge.

Surrounded by a similar peer group, you will have the support and encouragement to get up to speed as soon as possible. Once you have completed the initial training and development programme, you will be given the opportunity to build and manage your own desk. You will be involved in business development, account management, management of interview process, negotiation and face-to-face client visits. Whilst they have an excellent support structure they require candidates than can build and manage their own desk and run this within a team.
