Currently holding 250 employees globally - they are one of London’s most aggressively growing firms with a global presence.

Offices in London and throughout the UK – Slough, Bristol, Birmingham, Milton Keynes.

Training:

Training here is taken very seriously and has bred top billing consultants who have broken records by single handedly generating in excess of £1,000,000 gross profit per annum.

Classroom based at entry level it covers the following areas:

  • Banking and Finance including:

Products, Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives

  • Information Technology:

Java, C++, C#, UNIX, NT;

  • Headhunting and Mapping
  • Competency-based interviewing
  • Recruitment Process and Candidate Management

Requirements:

Successful applicants will possess an abundance of creativity, dynamism and determination. They will be bright and articulate self-starters looking for a long-term career.

  • Degree is essential – ideally with 2:1 minimum.
  • Some sales exposure – preferably B2B would be most advantageous! Telemarketing, Telesales, Door to Door sales, Charity Fundraising etc.
  • Salaries start at £18,000 to £22,000 in London,

£15,000-18,000 regionally

£35,000 - £40,000 1st Year OTE

£60,000 - £80,000 + 2nd year earnings
