Our clients Finance Trainee Scheme is aimed at delivering all the exposure, variety and support you need to achieve a successful career in Finance.
Before taking up a permanent role in one of our clients finance teams, you will have the opportunity to rotate between departments to get a full overview of the finance function. And, as our client is a CIMA accredited training partner, they will support you through your professional qualifications, including providing paid leave for study and your exams
The 3 year scheme consists of rotations between various Finance departments each fulfilling a specific role. Through the rotations, the Finance Trainees gain experience in a range of business areas including Commercial, Supply Chain and Milk Buying.
There is also the opportunity to complete a rotation at one of our clients Production and Distribution facilities in the UK and to work overseas in either Denmark or Poland.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level and have achieved a 2:1 in any discipline. They will also be ambitious and motivated with strong communication and numerical skills.
