Moss Plastic Parts part of Filtrona plc manufactures and distributes protection and finishing products for a wide range of industries and applications. With 17 locations across Europe we have an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join our commercial team and learn as much as possible about Moss products, the industry and all integral parts of business itself.
So where do you come in?
Initially reporting to the Business Development Manager and working with the sales team the role will provide you with excellent training and an excellent grounding in the business. You will also be given development projects in which you can learn new skills and help add further value to the business.
What can we give you?
We will offer a starting salary of £23,000 plus a £1,000 starting bonus. We will offer structured training in order to give you the skills required to be a success in the role but likewise to progress through our business. On our website you can see the progression that some of our Graduates have undertaken and the positions of responsibility they now hold.
What you need to demonstrate?
We are looking for future leaders, candidates who aspire to become unit managers. The initial role will allow progression to team management, field sales or even marketing and operational positions!
You will need to have excellent communication and numerical skills as well as a strong attention to detail. You must be an extremely personable candidate as you will be working with a number of different internal departments and a wide variety of clients.
