What do we do?
You will be working for Payne, part of Filtrona plc. Payne are a leading manufacturer and supplier of high quality tear tape, coated film and security products. Our products are an integral part of many day to day items, for example the tear tape that opens the pack or biscuits or gum.
So where do you come in?
Working within the different business units and across all our locations you role will see you working on a variety of different business based projects looking at improving the cost effectiveness and efficiency of the business. This role will give you diverse experience and a great exposure to our business systems.
What can we give you?
We will offer a starting salary of £23,000 plus a £1,000 starting bonus. We will offer structured training in order to give you the skills required to be a success in the role but likewise to progress through our business. What you need to demonstrate?
We are looking for high achieving Engineers, Business, Finance and Logistics graduates who as well as great academic achievement can demonstrate the competencies required to manage projects, train others and become our future managers.
