Moss Plastic Parts manufactures and distributes protection and finishing products for a wide range of industries and applications. With 17 locations across Europe we have an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join our commercial team and learn as much as possible about Moss products, the industry and all integral parts of business itself.

Initially reporting to the Business Development Manager and working with the sales team the role will provide you with excellent training and an excellent grounding in the business. You will also be given development projects in which you can learn new skills and help add further value to the business.

We are looking from someone from a business studies or engineering background with the drive and ambition to succeed in a commercial environment. We are looking for future leaders, candidates who aspire to become unit managers. The initial role will allow progression to team management, field sales or even marketing and operations positions!

You will need to have excellent communication and numerical skills as well as a strong attention to detail. You must be an extremely personable candidate as you will be working with a number of different internal departments and a wide variety of clients.

The company has a wide distribution network throughout Europe and previous graduates on the scheme have been appointed as branch mangers in Germany and France so any European language skills could be beneficial.
