They were established in 1990 and has since been at the forefront of product innovation and development, supplying compost products for the gardening/horticultural markets. The brand is sold through DIY and grocery multiples in addition to over 2000 independent garden centres.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial development and growth within their region, based on sales plans drawn up in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager.
Your target market will be independent garden centres, nurseries, landscapers, as well as, large garden centre groups, multiples, groceries & government authorities.
The company will provide you with a detailed in induction programme covering all their products. The majority of your time in the first few months will spent working alongside the Regional Sales Manager and other Sales Executives as you familiarise yourself with the role.
You will be working on long term relationships and networking with your clients, as this key to your success.
