You will be working within the Residential Sales Team focusing on Refurbishment and Social New Build area. Your key clients within this area will be Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Associated Contractors and House Builders. Small part of your role will involve working with Architects and Developers.
The company will provide you with a detailed in induction programme covering all their products and key building legislation that you to need understand. The majority of your time in the first few months will spent working alongside the Regional Sales Manager and other Sales Executives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial development and growth within their region, based on sales plans drawn up in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager.
You will be working on long term relationships and networking with your clients, as this key to your success .
This is very much a consultative sales opportunity and requires you to provide the best possible tailored solution for your clients. In many cases you will have to advise and guide clients on solutions and legislation.
Naturally this sales role will envolve a lot of networking and entertaining, which will require you to work outside the normal working day.
