The purpose of the role is to provide Pre-sales, technical services and post-sales support to my client's vendors, re-sellers, customers and their own employees.
Tools & Equipment used:
Synergy, Excel, Visio, MS project, MS Office/Windows, Outlook and demo facilities.
Deep technical knowledge of one or more of the following architectures DAS, SAN, NAS, Backup and Business Continuity solutions.
2-3 years experience as a customer facing engineering.
Must have experience in commercial environment within technical department.
Experience in solution design and installations of hardware and software within customers sites
Would suite as individual who worked in a busy, dynamic technology environment with strong emphasis on customer focus and service where key performance indicators have had to be met.
